The Genworth Financial companies – Life Quick Request
You can start the process in one of two ways:
Web Option: Use the Life Quick Request web-based tool. It has built-in edits to ensure completeness and it’s sent directly to the Genworth Financial Processing Center.

Paper Option: Complete the paper Request for Insurance form (no insured’s signature required), and fax it to Target at 913-384-3781. This form can be obtained via our regular forms library when you log on to our website.
Both options request basic information – client name, address, phone number and a few questions about the level premium period, beneficiary, reason for insurance, nicotine use, billing frequency and if one or more policies are being replaced.
Genworth’s processing center will complete all steps, improving your productivity. They’ll contact the applicant to get all the details and your clients can voice-sign the needed authorizations. While on the phone, they’ll schedule the paramed. Later, Genworth will order additional requirements if needed. |
